Grants for guest lectures

In the application for funding, which must be submitted before the guest lecture is held, it must be made plausible that the topic of the lecture to be funded by the Malvinenstiftung corresponds to the purpose of the foundation and that the lecturer has a proven academic track record. The organizer of the lecture undertakes to choose a time that is convenient for the public and to announce the lecture sufficiently. Furthermore, a list of any other sponsors must be included, stating the amount of their grants. Scientific lecture tours by members of the University of Graz are financed by the faculty. They are not the responsibility of the Foundation.

Applications can be submitted at any time. The meetings of the Foundation's Board of Directors usually take place every six months.
